Anne Hyland Stoodt, 1925-1979

I recall no spring—
eight of us lost our mother,
Dad, his wife too soon,
your mother, her only daughter,
& you lost us all, at once.


Jane Attanucci, a retired college professor, has poems in Halfway Down the Stairs, Off the Coast, and The Pittsburgh Poetry Review among others. Her chapbook, First Mud, was released by Finishing Line Press in 2015. She lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
